Happy New Year Afters.  What a difference a day makes.  The sun is shining it is still cold, but the winds have gone.  Reggae your son's trip home today should be much more pleasant they had terrible traffic on the roads once they opened last night.  And depending on where he was, the roads opened in stages.  Boy that wind was pummeling us.  They say at 30,000 feet which is the elevation commercial airliners use the winds were 140 mph yesterday afternoon and last night.

I crashed on the couch about 10pm mountain time, fell asleep while watching a Holiday figure skating show.  I've been battling a cold so I was very low energy.  All 4 kids and Audra have this back home so I guess I was bound to be sick.  :lol

That was my exciting New Year's Eve.  It is great to have a day off though and have a few things to do but mostly I will relax.

I wish everyone a Happy, prosperous, and healthy new year.
