Apparently there is some youtuber in the Phillipines claiming he has investors lined up to buy this old ship, and also trying to get money from his subscribers to "invest" their cash into this dubious venture. All in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Mind you, the promotors of this scheme have none of their own money in the game, so beware.
