My husband and our 8-year old daughter are on this cruise. There are a bunch of people on www.cruisecritic.com's message boards too. This is our first cruise and we are really excited. I have spent my whole day off looking up information on the port destinations. I have heard only good things about this ship. I hope that is what youhave heard also. The only negative things I have heard is that there are a lot of people and you have long lines to get off the ship when you get to port. Any advice on the shore excursions? Any advice in general?
I have found that unless you have a scheduled group excursion, just hang loose a little and let everybody fight their way off the ship. Then when they're gone just stroll right down and out to do whatever. Have a great cruise!
