Food intolerances.

Hi,
We are sailing on the Equinox in July. Are there many options for food intolerances such as gluten and egg free.
Also if there would be gluten free beer.

X has gluten free options . Egg free and your Beer Question should be asked of the Cruise line Directly as is pretty specific.

In the main buffet restaurants (Oceanview Cafe and Blu), there are always fresh options like salads, veggies, rice, quinoa and potatoes that are naturally gluten and egg free. They also usually have a few hot entrees marked as gluten/egg free.

If you have set dining in the main dining room, mention your food issues with your waiter to ensure the kitchen can prepare for you. No guarantees but I have heard of special menus being offered a day in advance for your specific food requirements.
