We have sailed on the Celebrity Summit about 5 years in a row. Since our cruise is a music theme cruise our dining time is limitedso as to not miss any concerts. We found that eating in the dining room takes way too long and it seemed the food in the maindining room was just about the same as the Ocean View Cafe. Next year we sail on the Silhouette. Can anyone that sails Celebritycompare food quality on the Summit to the Silhouette? There is no time for specialty restaurants unless you want to miss showsand pay extra. The fares are high enough as it is don't want to add more expense. Suite class have private dining and I am sure thefood is excellent but can't go suite class. Just wondering thanks.
