Florida to Europe for Seniors?

My mother is afraid of flying and my parents have never been to Europe. As they are in their early 80's they do not have much time left. They would prefer to go to France and Europe but will take one or the other. Are there any round trip places from Florida? I've searched and have not been able to find any.

Unfortunately you won't find any round trip cruises from Florida to Europe. About the only way to do it would be to take one of the repositioning cruises from Florida to Europe and then take a transatlantic from Southampton to NYC and from there take the train back to Florida. That could get complicated....and expensive.

Must they leave from Florida?

If they can travel to New York, they can sail Queen Mary 2 to/from Cherbourg, France, and then tour Europe by train. Train travel there is far superior to what we have here, and can be done at a leisurely pace to suit them.
