This is our first Alaskan cruise - departing from Seattle. I have a few questions:
1. We are flying in the day before from Massachusetts. Do you recommend staying at a hotel overnight that is closer to the airport then finding a way to the cruise terminal or finding a ride straight from the airport to a hotel closer to the cruise terminal?
2. The day we return, our flight doesn't leave until 10pm. What in the world can we do with our luggage while we explore the city before heading to the airport? (which won't be until about 7pm). My family will kill me if we have to lug it around with us all day (they wanted an earlier flight but I wanted to explore Seattle a bit)
3. After disembarking, what is the best way to get around the city in order to explore? We will have probably 10 hours to kill before having to get to the airport.
Would love to see the Space Needle and maybe do a little shopping
I realize these questions have all probably been answered in other forums but my head is spinning and I need to just get all my answers in one place!
Thank you for your help and input!!!
