Labadee is befiantly a beach and watersport day, not much other choice there. San Juan isn't really a beach day, it can be but I don't think much of the beaches there. It would defiantly rank third for beaches out of those 3 ports. It's more of a touring day, like some people have said. You can go visit the old city and the fort or the rain forest tour. As for Nassau, head over to Paradise Island, just a 5$ cab ride. Over there ar the nicest beaches. It is alos where Atlantis is (the largest island resort in the world) You can buy tickets to see the Aquarium but you can't use the water park. Nassau alos offer a few differant booze cruises which can be fun for a few hours. They take you snorkling and drop youaoff at a secluded beach for a bit. Another place just a short ferry ride from nassau is blue lagoon island. This is a private island meaning you have to book excursions there, you can't just get dropped off and relax on the beach. This is also home to Flipper (1996). And also where you can do the dolphin swim. Another excursion there is just a beach day, where you hang out at the lagoon swimming and relaxing in hammocks and are suppiled a nice buffet lunch. Snorkling is a large part of alot of the excursions in nassau.
