Be aware that the Dawn may NOT port in Caracas depending on the US State Dept travel advisories. If Princess deems it approriate for the saftey of the passengers Princess will sub a new port in place of Caracas. We are sailing on the Island Princess Oct 17 and could port in Colon, Panama overnight/day or go to Aruba. I agree that Columbia is not a safe place to travel alone unless you want to chance the kidnapping threat. I don't have the www site but look up US State Department travel advisories on a search engine to read the advisories.
