Just did the western last feb and had a great time. Sting rays city is a must do in Grand Cayman. Do the all day tour with Capt. Marvin. It cost about the same as the half day on Princess and you get three snorkle stops, lunch at a great beach club, and the sting rays not to mention you are not on a boat with 70 other people. The day we went there where 15 and three crew members. We went with Capt. Marvin himself and his deck hand Eric, can't remember the girls name....she video taped everythingCozumel , the dolphin swim I agree is a must do. We loved it, our girls loved it and my brother and his wife loved it.Costa Maya is a day at the beach, not much to do there.
