Just saw in our news that Carnival Ecstacy is dead in the water in the Gulf of Mexico due to a propulsion problem. Apparently, the problem began last week, and they did this week's cruise anyway but to a different port. Now they didn't even get to go to a port. The people onboard are furious because they weren't told of the problem when boarding, although Carnival knew about it. Anyway, it's a story I'm watching with interest because we are on it 3/17/to 3/21 to Cozumel. We have already booked a shore excursion. UGH!! Teresa in Austin, TX
