Does anyone have an opinion on eating or drinking alcohol on any of the Eastern Carribean Islands?  I know you shouldn't drink the water, but I wondered if anyone has gotten sick after being on any of the islands.  I wonder how clean the restarants are, and some excursions that offer food?  Thanks for any input.
