Bonine has always worked great for me. I have never been sea sick. I start it the day before and take it again on the day we leave port and again on the first full cruising day. Then I am good to go. Important to start taking it before the cruise starts. It is much harder to treat the symptoms once they have already begun! Better to get the medicine on board -- or rather in your system -- before the motion starts!!
