I just returned from the Miracle yesterday.  I'm 9 weeks pregnant, and had an awful time with morning sickness.  I wore the wristbands and they helped wonders!  Assuming you are not pregnant, but I'm sure they would work the same for motion sickness.  If you do go this route, buy them before you leave..they are $16 on the ship.  And you can most certainly drink with these on...there is no medication involved.  Good luck!
