Sorry I haven't followed up lately but have been in Canada. I took some of the good advice in this forum and sent an email to the President of RCCL. I received a response the very next day, even tho Hurricane Katrina was threatening Miami. Mr. Goldstein referred my email to guest relations and someone contacted my wife in about 3 days - still no satisfaction to date but at least they have finally acknowledged the situation.
