No free ice-cream I'm affraid (it;s been a complain for a long time) BUT starting at 3:30, they have free vanilla and chocolate ice-creams at the Horizon Court with caramel sauce, chocolate fudge, whipped cream and different thingies to sprinkle on. They are delicious and my husband and I (I am ashamed to say) were always trying to be back on the ship before 5:30 (that;s when they end the service). And of course, you can order ice-cream for free at the dining room.
