Yes, we're on the 10 night Coral cruise for 4/1 and I can't wait!  We've dined both ways with Princess - traditional and PC.  I prefer traditional because you get to know the waiters and they, you, but PC is so much more relaxing!  I hate rushing off to dinner. 


I know what you mean about Princess' website and the lack of precise information on it.  I wish they'd add more ship information too.   


I'm surprised that they'd turn away people on the Star from PC dining.  It seems like there's always more people hoping to get traditional dining.  But, PC seems to be growing in popularity. 


I think we'll find a waiter we like and request his table every night so there's some consistency in the service.  I hate having to ask for Diet Coke every 10 mins.! 


BTW - If you've looked at prices on this cruise, I think they are high and I'm pretty sure they'll come down in 3-4 months.   :)  Have fun planning!
