Hey Lady Jag;Are you doing a 10 day Canal cruise? I am looking at the Coral or Island for next spring. I took the Star Princess earlier this year and loved PC Dining. I hope you are right. The Princes web site does not really say that those two ships have PC Dining. Their web site says: " Coral Princess passengers will enjoy many of Princess’ famed Personal Choice Cruising options and services... " But with only two dining rooms I wanted to make sure. On the Star, they turned away people with Traditional Dining who wanted to change.
