This might sound like a stupid question, but what constitutes good service.If I choose the ship, date and cabin number. They send me the documents. and thats it. they dont have that much to do - so where does the service come in. just wondering what i should expect regarding good service (besides the good price). unless good service means you actually have the reservation you're suppose to. lol.i don't mean to be smart about this, just wondering. thanks.
