I thinik I read where Celebrity will take your media card and download it to a CD for about $15. At 750 MB /CD that would be good. I would however carry enough media cards to support my trip. Never can tell when their equipment isn't woking. It is something to think about if you have something happen to some memory cards.I just don't know if they will store your pictures from your media until you get 700 MB and then download. I haven't used this service.If you can usually buy memory cards in some ports in Alaska. There also was a shop in Juneau I think that you could go in and down load your media to a CD and thus erase your cards to recover more space. Be sure and check the CD to be sure the pictures are copied before you erase your cards. An unfamiliar computer could fool you. I have a Canon S40 (3:1 Zoom) with 16 MB, 2 x64 MB, 128 MB and 256 MB compact flash cards. I guess I won't be getting that 10:1 Olympus zoom because I would have to buy all new cards.
