I wonder if others have had difficulty contacting the QM2 Kennel Department by email. Normally they were always very responsive and prompt. Whenever I requested the availability chart it was sent right away, and I had several pleasant interactions with staff.
Now they don't respond at all to my emails, and I wonder why.
