Can't help you with any shore excursions, but DH and I will be joining you on that cruise. We have booked excursions with Coral Breeze Limited, DH for scuba diving and me for cave tubing, in Belize. So far that is all. I can send you the website for them if you would like. They do have other excursions. We only had to pay a deposit upon booking and that is refundable if the cruise ship can't make port for some reason. I have heard good things about this company. My mom and stepdad have done this cruise a dozen times and absolutely love the Sea.
