HUGE difference in price. I don't know what you paid but today a 6A is going for $399 per person and a cat 11 is going for $899. My opinion? No way a category 11 is worth the difference on a Fantasy class ship. The cat 11 balconies are very small and some even have obstructed views. You're better off spending the extra $$ on your shore excursions. For the $$ you'd save you could rent a Jeep in BOTH ports.
