countdown clock not working

Help, why is this thing not working? I followed the directions to the "T"

It was using to much bandwidth. The clocks were disabled. The UBB clock from Escati can be used here. The directions:

When I first did it, I put commas instead of semi-commas in the code and it didn't work.
