Yes, you can use those minutes any time in your cabin or in the Internet Cafe. You do get the 50 minutes a day with the $25 a day charge for the modem. There are a limited number of modems available so you need to get one the first day you get onboard. Myself being a computer admin for a high school I didn't touch a computer for the 2 weeks we were onboard. It was nice to get away.Ron
