Have you tried calling Princess?  I would love to say that I knew what the price is because that would mean that I'd been on your long wonderful cruise!  Unfortunately, I haven't & I don't know the answer, but I do know that if you call 1-800-PRINCESS and ask for the Captain's Circle Desk they should be able to help you or will transfer you to someone who will.   Good luck!
