I'm a new cruiser. Is there cell phone reception on board? Verizon in particular?:thankyou:

some cruiselines (ships) have this built it so that you connect with them first and then a shorelink is provided. I am not sure about specifc providers being allowed or able to do that. BUT $$$$

In Ports you will be fine up there I think they have most providers now days. Mine worked and it's Canadian.
