Celebrity transfers

We'll be arriving in London a few days prior to our Baltic cruise and are using Celebrity transfers to get from London to Dover on the day of our cruise.
We've been told the buses start leaving at about 11:00am from Victoria Station for the 2 - 2 1/2 hour ride to Dover.
Would love some feedback from anyone who has used these transfers - how'd it go?

We took the Celebrity transfer from the airport with no problem. We also took the train back from the port to downtown London. You save money on the train but you have to carry on your luggage. I believe you can also take a bus from London to the port.
