Good to see you....you will have to be my eyes and ears on some of the other boards..:wave I know we both have cruises scheduled before this one, but I'm really excited about those two ports..By coincidence found company that does private tours i that area and I don't think so far they are as comprehensive as the one the line offers.. I know.. I 'm so thnking ahead.. Sorry going to miss you on the 28th, but my eye problem is pretty serious, another trip up

Although it's over a year away we booked this cruise last month. We haven't used this board for a while but have posted on the Cruise critic boards (there are over 20 posters on that board for this cruise, mostly Americans). With the itinerary including Egypt & Israel it should be an interesting cruise. We are from Rotorua, AotearoaNZ and this will be our fifth cruise out of Rome. We have a year to get to know a little about you, interests, where are you from etc. etc.

Im new here so bear with me ok ....we are trying to plan a trip Sept 2010...outgoing port Rome..were interested in 14 day cruise ...any ideas out there what is the better cruise to go to see as much as possible..eastern western ??? ....also interested in moderate hotels in Rome for three days prior o cruise .....any cruise line do a better job than others on this route??just came back back from a 10 daycruise in Alaska if anybody needs anf info ..mail me leafs1945@persona.ca.....thanks

Kia ora,
This will be our 5th cruise out of Rome, our first being an eastern Med cruise on Celebrity's Galaxy which got us hooked on cruising. It depends on what you are looking for, but for us eastern Med with Athens & a couple of Greek Islands was magical
