need some advice, I paid $25 pp deposit (2 persons) on the Edge for 2027, for a Concierge class paying 25k (total), is this worth it? Do you expect the price to drop between now and then?

You can never tell, but most of the time it pays to book early, I would keep deposit and keep on checking prices weekly. Great ship
