The only cabins I am aware of that have priority are the disabled cabins. These are reserved for disabled persons up to some time then they will be filled by others. I stayed in one after 9/11 when someone cancelled.FV cabin. If you have a cabin booked, I can see no reason why Celebrity would take you out of it unless you were upgraded and this should be only after you agree. The cruise line gets so much money for a cabin and that is what they look at. The bottom line.
