We are booked to sail this friday on a carnival cruise ship and we booked under my husbands casino rate. Cruise has been paid for in full for over two months..regardless he now cant go and we dont have insurance.. If he no shows on sailing date , does carnival change the rate after its been paid for in full for the other passengers in the cabin? Seems there is alot of discrepancy with these situations. He currently has the flu and should not infect anyone on the boat? Carnival representative said I hsve to talk to people the day of at the pier? Didnt know if someone has similar situation and had some incite ..not wanting to pay more the day of boat?
