Well, I must admit to some confusion because the OP said they were just above the Lido deck (which they clearly are not) and were worried about people seeing into the room from the Lido deck. So it is not clear if they really mean the Lido deck or the Promenade deck (which is the deck that they are actually above). First of all, you are claiming they can see the balcony from what is actually the Lido deck.
