I have to disagree with my other cruisers. We sailed on the Dream 2/06/10 and I do remember taking photo's after arriving in port and looking over the railings and seeing private balconies. I can not remember where I was when that happend, but I am pretty sure that would only apply to the very highest balconies and not on Deck 6.We did not have a balcony, so I wouldn't be able to answer your question concerning the smoke.
