However, you don't have an obstructed view. If you look out there is nothing blocking your view ...Now I suppose that if someone is more than eight feet tall, they could see into your cabin. However, there are very few people that tall and I doubt that they cruise.If the ship is not moving, smoke from the promenade deck could get up to your balcony. If the ship is moving then any smoke would be coming from the balconies on your same level and more forward then you are.
