We're stopping in Cozumel on our cruise.  Has anyone ever heard of Carlos n Charlie's?  What's this place like?  Is it a cool hangout, or just a tourist trap?  I was raised in Orlando Florida, so I can do without excessive amounts of tourist cheese.  I've heard this is the place to go.  Any advice?
