Of the ports you mentioned, we have only been to Cozumel with our kids. Your kids will have a great time! We rented a jeep in Cozumel and drove around the island... check out Chankanaab Park (headed south down the coast) $10 entrance fee. There is a national park with a lighthouse at the southern tip of the island, you can take a tour here, its 3 hours they said (we didnt have enough time because we wanted to make it all the way around to the ruins). The San Gervasio ruins are sort of in the middle of the island, no charge unless you pay for a tour guide. If I were to do this again, I would go the opposite way, head for the ruins first... circling around with Chankanaab last. I hear that dolphin swim is great for kids, but fills up fast so make arrangements ahead of time if you are interested. Enjoy your cruise!
