As has been mentioned on other threads, take a bungee, and some duct tape along. Between the two, that sucker WILL stay open. The open door is great, unless as posted above, it is hot and humid. As you read here and other threads, you will find most people use it in the AM to sit out and have breakfast. It is your cruise, so, knock yourself out!!! You learn by doing. When you get back, you can then share your knowledge with others. Take lots of pictures and be sure to post a review. It is always great to get a 1st timers point of view. Enjoy !!Megamind
