I agree with the others. It's humid in the Caribbean and it just isn't comfortable to have your room taken over by that level of humidity.  Sticky, heavy, nasty. Yuck.

You'll enjoy your balcony for several hours a day, I can tell, so the cool, low-humidity sanctuary that is your cabin will provide a very comfortable contrast.

You're gonna have a great time!
