i dont know if your interested or not but when i went to Cozumel i went on a party boat to the beach.  I am telling you i had a blast... There was music, free iced tea, soad, water, fruit punch, rum punch.  And the beach, omg i didnt want to leave... They gave you Snorkeling equiptment and everything.  If you want to spend like $25 a person and have a great time i would look into it.
