Consierge service is really great!You can pick up the phone or visit his/her office..get everything done for you!Specialty dining..all pre-arranged.Tours ..pre arranged..except snorkeling or scuba since, if you use the NCL Dive-In program, you must complete the medical forms first.You will find nice little treats in your cabin everyday around 4pm.Consierge on NCL spoils you!We make sure we book at the consierge level on all our NCL cruises. We even had a "bad" one once and she still got everything done we asked (she had quit her job and had a chip on her shoulder).
