So from what i am reading... we are at the mercy of the attending customs agent?? so if, he got off to a bad start in the morning he might charge the duty , and if he got lucky on his mid morning break he may not??? is that how i should interpret this?? If so i guess the best thing you could do is bring back what you want, but be prepared to pay the duty.... and be grateful and happy if you dont..:whistle::huh::scratch:
