Regardless of the $800.00 per person duty-free exemption if you've been out of the country for over 48 hours, you are only allowed to bring back one  litre of alcoholic beverages per person.   If you are going to attempt to bring in more, be sure to pack it securely and place it in your checked luggage, not your carry-ons.  The bottles definitely will be confiscated by the TSA at the airport.
