The only time we bring liquor back with us is if we drive to the port. Trying to schlepp it through the airport just isn't worth it for us. We always have too much luggage! That being said, when we went out of Cape Liberty in 2008, we brought back a ton of Absolut....well, actually about 10 litres. We declared all of it on our form, but they never even asked about it and didn't charge us a penny.
