BIGGEST Cruise Ships in the World

i think these mega ships have both good and bad points , the bigger the ship is the more restaurants and entertainment options which we enjoy.

Out first experience on (what was at the time) one of the biggest ships at sea was on the Sapphire Princess, we had an aft cabin on the Caribe deck. I stepped out of the cabin and looked down the hall, I couldn't see the other end of the ship. We were used to smaller 70-80,000 ton ships so we thought what have we gotten ourselves into. Over the years we have become comfortable with the (little) bigger ships and as George mentioned the bigger the more venues as far as food and entertainment.

I guess it's good if you are looking as just being on the ship as 'the' vacation, but I see the ship as a method of travel. Certainly, I want to be comfortable, but I don't need a skating rink, a shopping mall, and whatnot for that. Obviously, there are many folks who disagree because they just keep pumping them out, bigger and more opulent.
