Hello Wassup,

Well, not knowing for certain which port are on all the itineraries, I'll wing it with what I do know.

We'll be cruising on the Miracle for the second time, come October. As you can guess, we were very pleased with this ship, else we'd not be sailing her again.  She's a great ship.  The Miracle and it's identically planned sister, the Legend, are my favorite Carnival ships.  It fairly easy to get around on and the decor is nicer than most Carnival ships. The food was very good, (frequently excellent), and service for the most part was top notch.  There were a few very small negatives, but if you're going to sail Carnival, this is a great choice.

As for the itineraries... well we're going to Nassau, Half Moon Cay and Grand Turk.  HMC is a private island so it is a beach day.  Grand Turk, is frequently one also, as it has a beach right at the pier.  Those may not be great stops for people in their eighties if beach is not their thing, so it depends on what they like.

I would suggest you look at which islands you would go to on each itinerary, then go to the Carnival web page and look under "Excursions" to see what kind of activities are offered in each port.  See if there's anything there that would be of interest for your group.  Then choose the itinerary that fits best.
