Hey Ashley, I just read your post. I didn't realize you need that if you were over 18. From looking at other posts on this topic and reading NCL's policy, it looks like you need just a pretty general letter saying that you are allowed to travel. Then have your parents sign it in front of a notary and you should be good to go. It seems like it's more of a formality than anything. I hope this helps. Tony
