These letters have to be notarized and you will need permission for any medical treatment.. I think you better check it out on the US Government site Read the fine print on "terms and conditions" Just recently a woman from this area was taking her daughter to Mexico (her husband stayed at work) and was denied boarding..until a State Trooper took an authorized permission over the phone and notorized it. The other thing is there has to be someone over 21 in each cabin Read the Terms and Conditions in the back of the book..under "Minors"
