Now, that is a company taking good care of its employees!

Unfortunately, I haven't had a balcony yet (and i don't really the point because I spend so little time in my cabin). Both time my man and I went on the Grand, we booked an inside and were upgraded to an oceanview (one with obstructed view and the other with a porthole view). I wouldn't mind having am obsctructed view, as long as I have an idea if it's day or night. Also, some balconies are not really made for privacy (people on the upper decks can see you), so i hope you have a good one. Anyway, that is quite a treat for a first cruise.
