Another good reason to book with and stay with a local TA who has a history and is a warm body you can talk to. Sorry you lost so much and I hope you get some satisfaction in the end from NCL or the detective. Have you tried calling your credit card company and asking them to stop payment or return because of service not provided? It might work. Laurey
